Hello, I order electronic cigarette . the ads was on tv as a fast ad .then they had a ad on the inthenet . one time deal offer just pay shiping & handing of $ 4.95 . took some time too get my electronic cigarette in the mail. Then i get bank iffo in mail on or before the 18th of october saying i own the bank of 163.00 + . So i find out what happen . this so call Safe vapors rip me off lieing saying just pay 4.95 . . I been trying too call them in the day .always busy . try at night close . I need help with This . If i live thu it . I did try the product .made my lips and troghe numb
