To all of those who complain that safe touch security is a rip off. I worked for safe touch for 10 years as a technician and as a manager. Those of you who need more information concerning their illegal business practices and those who are not licensed in the state to do installations. They have violated many laws and business practices. I left the company a short time ago under fire and am willing to talk to anyone who has had a problem with them. I am still in the industry not with safe touch. contact me for more information. Lester, bruce, and marc will definately not like this.

There are several organizations that can be of service to you and help resolve your safe touch problems. eclb: electronic control License board: dbpr: Department of Business and Professional Regulation. the BBB can be of no help. The good ole boy network. The AAF: Alarm Association of Florida. same here, the good ole boy network. safe touch does not have the license to out of state business, nor certified techs. Florida and GA only. yet they have several more states they are working in illegally. Contact me at (((ROR redacted))) for more info on your problem. I am sure I can enlighten you or your legal representation of Safe touch practices with documented situations and any further questions you may have. Safe touch is a company that gives the security industry a bad name and I can prove it. They have been investigated 3 times by the Labor board and basically told the employees if you dont lie then you will loose your job. The installs they do not comply with the electric code and you need to be sure your system works by sending signals from your panel and do not fall for that safeguard long range radio. its a 40 per cent working device. contact me at the above email and I will call you and answer your questions or help fix your system at no cost and document it. the day you cancel your so called contract go to the alarm panel and unplug phone cord. SAFE touch cannot turn your system off remotely. It will still operate but it will not be monitored. then call another company and get a better deal for monitoring only. around 19.95 contact me at [email protected]
