I have to admit, even though I am no longer working for safeway, I was wrong about Safeway. Safeway was a great company to work for and I had quit to look for other opportunities in Alaska. Moved to Alaska back in 2008 and loving it. I had some good times at Safeway and miss working with some of the people but thats life and life goes on. If I ever do move back to Az, I hope I will have the opportunity to work there again. 1 thing I miss the most is the benefits, Safeway had excellent benefits and also a great retirement plan. If anyone ever gets a job opportunity from this company, don't ever pass it up. They are excellent to work for. Bye and off to the docks.

I would just like to say that Safeway/IT team has been great to work with. I was totally wrong and selfish, only thinking for myself. Havent had any errors in my payroll for over 1 year. I hope to continue to work for safeway in the years to come. It has been a great pleasure.

Start by filing a complaint with your state department of labor. It is illegal for them to make you work for free, if you were on the clock they have to pay you. You will need to be specific and provide good details. They need to know how many hours you worked and how many you were paid for. You can't just say, "My paycheck is screwed up." you need to to tell them how, when, where, and who. If there are other employees with the same problems then they should file complaints also. At the same time you should write a letter to your boss with a copy to your boss' boss informing them that you have made a complaint after attempting to resolve the problem within the organization, without success. Enclose a copy of the complaint you filed with the state. In this letter you need to be clear and professional, nothing like what we are reading in your post. Using obcsenities, implied and otherwise, and making threats just makes you sound like an ignorant moron who probably doesn't know how many hours he worked anyway. If none of this works, try a local consumer affairs reporter, develop some publicity, big business hates unfavorable publicity. At any rate you should use your God-given right to seek employment somewhere else. You don't want to work for people who won't pay you what you're owed.

Oh Believe, I will quit, along with a class action lawsuit to regain all missed hours and pay, and dont forget, the time and hassle I took to have this done. Let me gues, your a employee from Walnut Creek Cali. Stay there ok?.....LOLOL! There are alot of other situations going on at Safeway that I think the public should be made aware. I will post these in future complaints Let me explain just 1. Since when is it ethical that Safeway supervisors, make fun of people ridicule them, talk behind there back. im not talking about me, im talking about someone else in general that I feel sorry for because of the fact of what there going through.
