Sammy Stoneberger Deceptive, not-trustworthy and liar Luray Virginia
A verbal agreement that he would chip out my tree stump on May 3, 2014. He was paid in advance $75.00 on May 1, 2014 and cashed the check. This arrangement was because I was not going to be home when he said he could do it.
The work was not done. When contacted he explained the chipper broke down. He would be there on May 5, 2014. No show again; no call. When contacted again; more excuses and more promises May 8, 12, 15.
I now just want my money back. He agreed to come by with cash and have me sign a receipt. NO SHOW again.
Now he doesn't even answer my calls. Just goes to his voicemail with NO return calls.
