Order placed 12/30/16, request made for order cancellation (as I found a SUBSTANTIALLY less expensive version in a brick and mortar store) 1/5/17, informed cancellation and refund were "processing" 1/6/17, told refund would post between 24-hours and 5 business days 1/10/17, still no refund 3/7/17. Any correspondence I've had has been with Jeff answering the [email protected] email. Jeff implores me to be patient, and "assures" that my refund is being processed. Unable to file a complaint with the BBB since the website and superficial internet searches provides only the support email address and no other contact information. I've initiated a complaint with Visa for a chargeback request from this vendor. At this point I'm wondering if they even have the money to return to me?! Shoddy business practices guarantee I will speak my piece.
