Samsung identify this three year old phone as obsolete and cannot provide any parts for same specifically the "extended battery cover" this phone is in full operation on the Bell Canada Network and in my opinion should be supported properly by Samsung/ Bell.
Such "planned obsolescence" was not made known to me at the time of purchase and may have impacted my decision to buy from Samsung had this information been made available to me then.
Very disappointed with Samsung for their apparent lack of Customer Support!
3 years is a LONG time in the electronics biz. If you want another model so bad try Ebay. You DO know your carrier will give you a new one free with a new contract?
