My dryer stopped working on Jan 4 and have had service tech out 7 times (still not working - under warranty and Samsung won't replace it.) And, Samsung wont return my calls or deal with it. They'd rather pay 3x the amount in repairs and techs than actually just replacing the dryer. Not to mention the amount of money I have spent at the laundromat is equivalent to a month's of groceries. I have been given 4 reference numbers at this point, been told I would hear back within 1-2 business days and after a week, I call back and am given a new reference number and been told the same thing. It's quite a racket they have going on. They know their product is defective and they do not care.
