Samuels Jewelers Fake certification for poor quality diamonds Citrus Heights California

I bought a custom made Necklace and Ear ring set from Samuel Jewelers at Sunrise mall, Citrus Heights, California on 8/20/2011. We paid for the set 5.52ct and 1.35ct in total 49 diamonds in the quality of D-F color, and IF clarity.

When I asked for a valid certification from a Licensed Gemologist, I got a certification by Samuel Jewelers and they assured me that the same is equivalent and good enough as the licensed certification. Please refer the above attachments.

When I went for the same store to re-design the set by last week, they gave me an estimation and stated that the diamonds are not D-F color or IF clarity either. And they were wondering to see their certification once I showed it to them. And even the other gemologists confirmed that these are not D-F/IF quality.
- Totally disappointed and they fooled me like anything by giving poor quality diamonds for high price with fake certificate.

While we are pleased to note that this issue has been resolved for this customer, we are sincerely apologetic that resolution from customer service was needed.
