sanchez auto parts stole my money grand prairie, Texas
i went to there place looking for a part for my jetta on 3/20/2012. i was told needed to pay for it and part would be in the next day. i called the next day and was told part not yet in this continued till saturday 3/23/2012 when i finally told him i was going to get it from some where else and i needed my money back. the guy at the office was name john and told me he didn't have the money to call back and he would have it so i called back at 5:30 before they closed and he didn't answer the phone. i called back on monday 3/25/2012 and was told john had been fire and they would not refunded my money to call john and deal with it with him. the owner of the place did not want to talk to me or deal with me so there for they stole my money with out giving a part. would not go there for anything ever again of recommend that place either.

The guy that stole our money still works there. He is a friend of the owner. We went in there just the other day and saw him. Do not believe anything from these people. Do not give them any money!

Don't go there they will scam you and steal your money. The story about "John" getting fired is fake that isnt even his real name. They do this at least once a week. I have talked to the Grand Prairie police department and they are currently under investigatin for deceptive practices. The local news station is also working on their story.

first he did not buy any parts from us what he done was made a deal with john a sale man at sanchez auto parts trying to buy a transmisson under the table if you no what i mean john try to sale him the transmisson for a cheap price and john pocket the money but they got cought in action police was call and john got fire in the spot know i stole his money ha right just like the police told stealing does not pay off .
