My experience with this man was terrible!!

Firstly, he charged more than his advertised price of $69 for 5 rooms.  He said my rooms were like 6 rooms because I had moved some furniture out.  We agreed on a price of $119 for 5 rooms and stairs.  He then sold me  pet enzyme cleaner for $99, and a deodorizer for $49. 

He gave me a discount for paying cash.  So, I paid him $235 for the job.

After he finished, he told me not to walk on the stairs for an hour and a half, and the downstairs carpet for 2 hours.  After about 10 minutes, I decided to tiptoe by the walls to enjoy my cleaned carpets.  I was shocked to find totally untreated stains in 3 of my rooms!  These were stains that had not been touched or treated with anything, within 3 inches of my baseboards.

I bent down to smell the pet spots, and they did not smell like that had received any special treatment or deodorizer.

I got my neighbor to come over to survey the job.  She saw the untreated stains, said that it did not smell like a deodorizer had been used, and that my carpets still looked dirty.

I called him immediately and he did not answer, so I left a message.  4 hours later, I left another message.

When he called back, I told him I was displeased with his job and asked him to come back.  He became very upset, denied that there could be anything wrong with his work, and would not believe what I was saying about the untreated areas.

He said he couldn't return for 2 days to look at it.  So I wanted to tell him where the untreated stains were so he couldn't accuse them of being new stains.  Please know, I was displeased but was conducting the conversation on a professional level, thinking he would be coming back and we could resolve the problem somehow.  While I was telling him, he interrupted me and cussed me out using the words piss, s**t and f**king, and then hung-up.

While I did not expect my carpets to be spotless, I did expect the stains to be attempted to be removed.  And I did expect the special treatments that I paid extra money for to work.  

As always, I expected to be pleased with the job I paid for.  I was far from pleased because of the terrible job, the lack of customer service, and the abusive language and nature of the subsequent phone call. 

I took photos on my phone, but do not have a home computer, nor the cord to download the pictures.

I have always cleaned my carpets myself, and if I ever use another carpet cleaning service it will be a reputable one with a written guarantee for customer satisfaction.
