The question comes up that how do we know that the check of the system the first times was sufficient to uncover a weakness in another system? The company in which you took over/bought use to apply a $49 visit and evaluation to the fix. You overcharge by applying almost $100 before you start.

As Mr.Marshall states himself,he was aware of our warranty.Six months later out of warranty his microwave developed another problem which caused one of the parts we replaced to fail.We replaced that part under the part warranty along with other repair parts and labor needed. We gave Mr. Marshall a fair price on repair and even made a return service call that we paid for to check for a overheating problem which turned out to be due to the improper programing of the cook cycle. The microwave was working fine.We don't feel Mr. Marshall has a reasonable complaint.
