***RIP OFF WARNING*** ***USE AT OWN RISK*** Owner is ONLY licensed as an APPRENTICE PLUMBER! Texas License Number: 137018 Make sure you get a second opinion when using this company! We had a clogged drain. AHS scheduled the appointment with them. They ACTED like they tried to snake the drain, and told me roots were the problem. Scott (the owner) came out the following day to do a camera inspection for $350. Located the stoppage. Said 10 feet of pipe would need to be replaced and he would send quote.
My fiancee decided to dig up the drain line before Scott sent the quote. He did, in fact, find a single root, about the size of his pinky against the coupling of two pipes. So, he went to the rental place and rented a drain Auger for $50. It took him 15 minutes total from the time he got home with the auger until he loaded it back in his truck. We received the quote the next day for $3,500!!!
