Sapphire gentlemans club , las Vegas Shai Cohen Shai Cohen and Workors at sapphire STEAL from people, steal from their own employees, waitresses,hard working Promoters Las Vegas, Nevada
Sapphire gentlemans club has been nothing but a dissapointment not only to its hard working Workors,promoters,and staff. Managers stealing money from my girlfriends after getting paid for their dances, managers sealing from our tip jar, dumb front desk girls giving important information about sapphire put to the public . Then you have the promoters, constantly getting hired and fired for the wrong reasons by shai Cohen.
Who put that idiot on board? No leadership skills, doesn't even put a training together for his promoters, plays favorits with the safe, doesn't treat people equally ,yet for his own benefit. Why doesn't the owner himself call up the promoters? Te staff? Doesn't this stupid town realize whose the most valuable asset to them? The staff and promoters! Yet shai Cohen and management decided to keep the thieves still working,
They decide to choose their rediculouse,rude,condescending, selfish,rude,belligerent, dispatchers such as heather (no people experience WHATSOEVER) over their limo drivers who've Ben dedicated for YEARS. A stupid broad who works at delta airlines yet goes to sapphire to bring back her "high school days"
How bout all the hard working limo drivers , promoters, and well loyal dispatchers who complain against this bad apple whose been their at a fraction of the time they all worked their.? What does shai Cohen and management decide to do???
They write up reports against others who complain about her, fire promoters who complain how bad she treats people who call in , customers,etc. how about the security guards who treat customers like crap and order them around and give attitude instead of a smile on their face?
What kind of business is being run here!!! Why do all great empires crumble? Powerful countries in the toilet? Cause of Bad management and bad leadership which is what shai Cohen and others their have shown
You throw away your mostly able promoters, you throw away your most valuable drivers, and you treat customers with the most disrespect when they're their to spend money!!! And now you wonder why it's ghost town at sapphire during the week.
We are all fed up with this treatment. Shai Cohen loves to bad mouth treasures,hustler,de java, etc.
Well you just wait till they all grow and you crumble. Word to the Pete Feinstein and other owners, TAKE CONTRoL of your business and get rid of all the thieves and put a better customer service. In place.
