I received an Ad/Flyer from Direct Satellite Network Solutions (135 Columbia, Suite 100
Aliso Viejo, CA 92656) offering a DVD Home Theater System after signing up for 6 months with DirecTV.
Direct Satellite Network Solutions which is an Authorized DirecTV dealer. I signed up for the satellite service through them in February of 2005. I sent them a money order in the amount of $24.95 (the cost of shipping for the DVD System). The money order was cashed and I have not received my DVD System. I have attempted to contact Direct Satellite Network Solutions on numerous occasions.
They have used several different excuses as to why it has not yet been delivered. To date I have received nothing from this company besides the run-a-round. At any time, when I requested a supervisor, either no one was available, or I was transferred to a blind voice mail. I have even left messages on the voicemail to no avail. I have kept copies of all the related materials and papers. I want my money refunded.
This is clearly a scam by this business. I have talked to Direct TV whom stated they do not do business with this sub-contractor anymore. I have called the same 800 number and they are still taking orders for DirecTV.
I have gone online to do some research about this company. I have seen numerous complaints about this company via the Internet.
I believe there are hundreds and hundreds of people in the same boat I am intaken by this scam. I feel it is something you should look into since with your research could find more damaging information. This company needs to be stopped.
