satin youth skin cream SATIN YOUTH SCAM Internet
Called and ordered based on free trial. Placed order for 14 day trial, and paid shipping. I emailed the cancellation as well as called 4 days later to cancel membership (had 14 days to cancel before getting charged) and was told my membership had been cancelled, and that i would not be charged. Now it is a month later and i received my credit card statement.......... and what do you know, i was charged almost $200.00! I contacted the Satin Youth company about the charge, and they advised me they dont show i cancelled!!! What!???!!!? I have the email, and the name of the person i spoke with! They refused to give me my money back, and the customer service rep was mean and rude. I asked for the supervisor, and he also said he didnt show the cancellation. THIS IS A SCAM! Shame on this company! I called to dispute the charges with my credit card, and they stated this was the third call that day about this same company! Shame on them. And, on top of it all...... the cream never worked at all. A full 30 days and no change! BEWARE!
