Save on Everything A Marketshare Company Save on Everything, Mark Vaughn & Cindy Schumacher Lie to get your advertising $$$. Beware St Louis Park, Minnesota
Mark Vaughn, salesrep, for Save on Everything knowingly lied about the number of specific advertisers that would be in a upcoming issue. He said there would be 3 Air Duct Cleaners and we would be the 4th. However their were 7 total. We made it clear we wouldnt do it if there were more than 3, and he assured us there wasnt. However he knew the whole time there was 7 in order to get our advertising. We spent $5200 with Save on Everything and got 7 calls due to the saturation of the vendors in a 13 page advertisement. When we brought this to his attention, he acknowledged it and promised a refund or trade credit. However recanted later. We tried to escalate this to Cindy Schumacher, and no communication was heard back. We set an appointment to talk about it, however they kept rescheduling and pushing it back until no further communication was received. They practice this in order to get your hard earned advertising dollars. Be cautious as Mark Vaughn is a shady salesperson and his word means nothing as he will lie directly to your face in order to get your business. The management must condone this behavior as they refuse to discuss it with us.
