In August of 2005 I purchased an online store form this company. They quoted a money back guarantee if you are not successful after 12 months.

In August of 2006 I had not made a dime form my store after spending the initial start up and paying for advertising which is required to qualify for the refund.

I submitted my request for a refund after the 12 month period and I was denied. They claimed I had not submitted the proper paperwork. I resubmitted the proper paperwork along with the required proof of advertising and was approved for a refund.

The rest has been a NIGHTMARE. I was initially told the refund checks were printed on the 4th of each month and I should receive it no later than the 17th of November.

Everytime I call to speak with Angela Johnson who was recently promoted to Operations Manager I was told a different excuse.

I would call as many as 6 times a day and send 5 or 6 emails a day. I never received a return call or reply to my email from Angela. I was being put off time after time.

1.) She is not in yet.

2.) She has stepped out of her office.

3.) She is in a meeting.

4.) Angela has received your message and will be calling you.

5.) She is away from her desk

6.) She has gone for the day.

I did receive an email that was sent to me by accident. It was intended for another person who was attempting the same this as I.

Everytime I call I am given a different line.

The check was cut and mailed on the 4th of the month and you should receive it anytime. The check was cut on the 17th of the month and you should recive it anytime.

Today is Nov. 29th, 2006 and I STILL have not receicved the refund I am entitled to.

Be patient with Save Avenue and with Angela. She really is trying to do the right thing. She is just overwelmed. Angela did get a refund check to me as promised. Thank You Angela,

Last information I received on Monday Nov. 27th was that check number 4718 in the amount of $595.00 was processed and printed on Nov. 9th 2006. This was three weeks ago today. 15 business days from Scottsdale, AZ to Sacramento, CA is a bit difficult to believe. I have an appointment to speak with Operations Manager Angela Johnson this morning. I was told I was put on her schedule for a phone conversation today. We'll see how it goes....
