Watch out for these guy's. Schmidt said I needed real major work done on my AC unit ($$$$.$$). So I called in two other AC companies for a different opinion, and both companies said it was a very minor problem to fix. Mty AC unit runs fine, no thanks to Schmidt.

It is with our best judgement to recommend a new unit where continual repairs are not economically feasible nor intelligent. This is done with the customer's best interest. We are a 41 year old family owned and operated business. You couldn't find a more honest company.
