That is not true about s****.>
I appreciate her because I can't take my male anywhere because he hates other dogs and most pet mobile services do not handle large dogs.  You should think twice whoever you are before you try to taint someone's hard work in their own business - it can be very harmful - shame on you!

Before I introduce myself, for those of you who have little time & just want to get to the point...I know Kim well, and she is a wondrful groomer- WONDERFUL!  Hello, my name is Shanna Collins and Kim is a neighbor of mine.  I have known her for over a year.  Not only I am her neighbor, but I am also a small business owner, part-time soccer coach, and run the Youth Program at my church.  Therefore, I am very busy, and thus very grateful to have someone like Kim; SHE IS ALWAYS TAKES GREAT CARE OF MY DOG, CHUCK.  I had never experienced such thoughtful interaction regarding my dogs' well-being, and good communication about his needs, until I met Kim.  Therefore, I have referred her to to many of my clients, and she always goes above and beyond what is expected, both s a professional and genuine animal lover.  In responses, to the negative comment above, this is clearly a case of a person who is looking for ways to vent some personal anger (you know the kind).  So again, just for the record, Kim is reasonable, responsible, kind and caring.  If you use her ser vice, you will see that!  Don't listen to this bad apple, he will find and create problems everywhere he goes.

Sincerely,

Shanna

I RARELY (almost NEVER) make posts on internet sites, especially those where someone can make a virtually anonymous post with an unsubstantiated accusation or opinion with NO explanation, no statement of the facts or even their opinion of what the facts of a situation are.  Sites like that generally dont interest me, as I dont give the opinions expressed therein any weight.  However, when I was looking up the website of one of my favorite vendors Scoobe Doo Mobile Pet Grooming - on Google, and I saw that my friend Kims company (Kim is the owner of Scoobe Doo Mobile Pet Grooming) was on the top of the first page of Google in the following post on RipOff Report:

scoobe doo pet mobile grooming Kim the worst groomer with bad attitude that does not take responsabilaty for her actions san diego, California

I realized I had to say something, if for no other reasons than to take this person to task for poor use of the English language, a clear inability to spell or even use spell-check, not to mention making unsubstantiated, ungrounded slurs on a great pet grooming service, and DOING IT ON THE TOP OF THE FIRST PAGE OF GOOGLE!

I have known Kim for about 6 months.  We met because our schedules intersected at around 5:45 to 6:00 in the morning when I was walking to the gym, and she was out walking her dogs.  They were always well behaved and well groomed, and we traded small talk as we passed in the morning.  One day we happened to have a longer conversation, when I discovered she had a mobile pet grooming business, but that was of little importance to me, as I did not own a dog.

All that changed just over 10 weeks ago, just before Christmas, when I suddenly found myself with a 9 month old miniature schnauzer, now my pup Sasha.  I have never owned my own dog.  I had one that my parents got for the kids and as one of the kids, I loved the dog, fed it frequently, walked it a lot, and loved it as kids can only love their first dog.  When it died it hurt a lot, and for some reason, I never got a dog of my own.  Until Sasha.

I got Sasha the day before Christmas last year from some very good friends.  Sasha was a puppy running loose on their street, no collar, no tags, and no one responding to the posters they put up for Found Puppy!  Since their cat had disappeared into their basement since they had taken in this cute stray, they told me they were giving her to me because I needed her and if it didnt take her, they had to take to the shelter, cause they couldnt keep her, and neither could their neighbors.

How could I say no?! Kim was one of the first people I called when Sasha landed in my life.  She was a great help in understanding what to do regarding feeding, housebreaking, finding a great and inexpensive vet, and also bathing and grooming Sasha.  She has a wonderful way with animals (she can actually bathe a cat without a major loss of blood!) and Sasha has taken a great liking to Kim (HUGE understatement!)  In fact, I would never bet that if push came to shove, Sasha would pick me over Kim!

In short, to me, Kim strikes me as a person with a huge love for and commitment to the well being of all animals.  She is courteous, and takes every opportunity to share what she knows about how to improve the relationship between pet owners and their four legged friends!  Oh, and did I mention that she is a great groomer?  Or that her rates are VERY reasonable and affordable?  I would suggest and recommend that you at least try her services!

Finally, if youre interested in finding out if I really exist, am I a real person and is this is my real opinion, my name is Steve, and you may contact me at -(((REDACTED)))  My final opinion for the day, and right now I am speaking to the individual who made this slam against Kim and her company, and those who want to use the internet as a forum to simply vent their temper: if youre going to slam someone on the web an individual, not some large, powerful company that could come after you as a whistleblower have the balls and the decency to use your own name and post some facts, not some empty, nasty, unsubstantiated accusation that you want to barf out just because youre mad or upset because something didnt go exactly the way YOU wanted!  Not because it didnt go the right way, but because you didnt get exactly what you wanted, when you wanted it, the way you wanted it!  Take a moment to consider that it just MIGHT have been your own fault, or because you have a slightly warped idea of how things should work!

So, have a great day, thank you for reading this, and if you EVER need your dog bathed, groomed or boarded (Kim is setting up a very limited boarding facility, which I plan to use almost as soon as it is set up!) I STRONGLY AND ENTHUSIASTICALLY RECOMMEND KIM / SCOOBE DOO PET MOBILE GROOMING!

The true story

#6REBUTTAL Owner of company

Wed, March 03, 2010

My name is Kim and I am the owner of s****.>

Last December, 2009 at the SD Real Estate Association gathering, I donated 2 FREE gift tickects to the event that was worthed $50 each for my pet grooming service  Through the raffle drawing this individual who lives on 3532 Don Lorenzo Dr, San Diego. Ca 92117 got one of the gift ticket.

In Febuary 2010, he called me up to cash in the ticket for pet grooming.  When he called me up he said he just wanted me to wash his two dogs and don't need to dry them out. I told him that the cost for bathing his 2 dogs would be $60 and the ticket is worth only $50 so he has to pay $10 extra.  He said it was okay.

So I drove 30 miles one way to where he lives and give his two dogs a bath.  What I did to his dogs were more than what he asked for- I clipped their toes, clean their ears, bath, brush, and dry them.  Prior to giving one of his dog a bath, I took its colar out and it was left in my trailer at the end.

He called me up later that day and said the dog's colar was missing and see if it was in my trailer.  I told him I would check in my trailer and called him later.  I called later that day and told him I found the colar in my trail and asked if he wants me to mail it to him or he has to come to my work to pick it up because it was out of my way.

He insisted to come to my work on Monday which is March 1, 2010 to pick it up. So I have the colar with me and  I waited until 4:15 PM and he still did not show up.  So I left my work to go home.  He called me up around 4:20PM that day, but I told him I already left work already and please come back tomorrow.

I asked if it is okay for him to come by my work on Tuesday to pick it up.  First he said it was okay, he will be there on Tuesday.  But a few minutes later he called me up and rudely and loudly demanded that I had to bring his dog colar to his house Monday night.  I told him I did not have the time to drop it off and also I did not appreciate his rudely demanding and attitude.

So due to that he was upset at me and posted the report before he showed up to pick up his dog's colar.  That was the whole story.

False accusation does not have any ground

#7REBUTTAL Owner of company

Wed, March 03, 2010

My name is Kim and I am an owner of s****.>

As a person, I have a huge heart for any animals.  For your information, since I love animal so much, I don't eat anything that has more than 2 legs. I have 4 dogs myself.  My dogs are the center of my love, affection, and care.  When people see how I treat and care for my dogs, they wish could be one of my dogs.  Personally, I would do anything to give my dogs a good life.  My dogs have given me an aspiration to get into this business where I have an opportunity to make a different in animal life. I am offering one time free grooming service to anyone who adopts a dog anywhere in San Diego via all animal rescue organizations.

As for business, I am busy grooming pets base on referals.  If you have pets and have interest in checking out my reference so that you know how caring, loving, and skilled groomer I am, I am more than happy to provide you reference.

My feedback to whoever made this false, damaging, and inaccurate report that, there is karma for everything we do in this life-goodness comes with goodness and bad intention will come with bad consequences in return.  Peace.
