i have been playing scratch2cash for over a year and cannot get a win out of these people. they say there is a fair game policy in force and that on average every 4th or 5th card in there sets are winners.this is totally untrue as i have been going anything from 6 up to 20 cards before getting a pathetic 50p win thrown at me. this surely doesnt run true with their fair play policy.

when i have actually had a win the only guarantee after that is im going to lose drastically until they get all their money back plus all of mine. i feel they set their games to ensure you dont walk away winning. the only time you get a win a few games in a row is when its for 50p or a 1 never when its for anymore.

they put names across the board saying this person has won on the same game one minute after the other and has accumulated hundreds of 1's. it has to be rubbish when i cant even get 5 in 20 games they think i will believe someone has just won 6 in a row and won as i said hundreds. i think they are setting up the games and they are false advertising. .

I been playing with scratch2cash for more than a year...tried a lot of strategies...bet smallest to the biggest...played short time to even playing for a whole day....gave our whole life hoping for a big win to change our life...but it turns out to the worst and horrible...the biggest winning that i had is $2000 but because i wanted more than than...played and played till its gone again and have to deposited more....

I feel bad about this site really hoping that they will have consideration to their players who have betted a lot to have better chance of winning...

Hoping for at least $10,000 winning but nope...no hope...

I have a wrecked life now for depending my life to this site...=((

Good Afternoon,  I felt I had to add my comments to the report by Cathy Irvine.

I have been a player on scratch2cash site almost since it started trading and, granted, have spent a fair amount of money playing, BUT... I have also won a fair amount of money - the latest being a major win.

During this time, as I said, I have had many really good wins and have never had any trouble at all cashing out.  I am on the other side of the world from Malta (where scratch2cash offices are located) and usually my payouts are in my account within 4 to 5 days. Impressive I would say, wouldn't you.

The comments from Dara ring very true to me.. I have always been treated exceptionally well by scratch2cash.  It is also true that to win big you usually have to 'play big' but not always.  I have played $5 and won $250 many times.

I am not associated with scratch2cash in any capacity other than as a player and I would highly recommend this site to anyone, anywhere, who enjoys online gaming.

I have to comment on Cathy irvine`s report regarding her problems with scratch 2 cash, and i have to say i am in no way connected with this company or the site whatsoever, but as a carefull once a month customer i have only been using this site for a couple of  months and i have won  over 150 pounds , and this is with only a  20 stake, for instance i was offered the 5 initial free play, and i added a 10 stake last month, and whilst i enjoyed using the scratch card games i won 90 over my 10 original stake, so i withdrew 90 of the  funds back to my bank account without any problems, and this weekend i had another go with a free 10 bonus play, which they gave me back when i lost it as promissed, so i replayed that  10 stake and i then went on to win 60 which has also been repaid back into my account, so upto now i have no problem with the site though i must admit i was at first a little sceptical as is expected with anything like this, and  i would stop using the site if anything untoward were to happen, but all in all i am quite happy with the site, and i do very much  sympathise with cathy`s feelings.

i have read the response of dara the scratch2cash vip manager and although she has shown 2 emails i have sent to her thanking her for the present and apologising for the email i sent her i also stressed in these emails that i didnt blaim her personally and that i blames her boss as he set the amount of games allowed to be won so i have made no false claims.as i said before that after a decent win that was when i lost anything up to 20 games in a row until i had nothing left and as for winning every 4th game thats utter nonsense as i was having to go anything from 5 up to 8 9 or on occasions 14 games in a row of the same game.the only frequency was the amount of times this was happening to me and i did stress this to dara as well as telling her i wanted to put in a formal complaint and her response to that was that i should close my account with them which she promptly did only after i had said i felt i was being cheated in the games and not by her but by the company who ran the games.she has showed you 2 ok emails but not any of the ones which were causing me concern to have to email her in the first place.as for cancelling 16 scashouts in 20 days i cant accept that and if i did it was because i was trying to gain back the money they had just taken off me in one go this was usually the times when on the same game and one after the other i would lose from 8 up to 20 games which usually left me with nothing except the cashouts which they got back in the same manner running from 8 usually up to 12 in a row and then giving me a couple of 50p wins then hitting me another 8 to 12 games before i got another win.and as for the bonuses its just as well i did get them or i would be a lot worse off as it would have been all my own money i lost instead of some of theres when i had none left so i felt with the amount over the time i had been playing with no real win that i deserved the bonuses.what brought it to a head the other day was when i accused the games of being rigged and i told her i felt i was being setup as i wasnt getting anywhere near an average run of games nor any fair play as when i did win i lost a lot more in the next few runs .so it didnt feel nor look like afair play was on any games i had played and lets face it when i suggested i wasnt happy and felt the site should be look into and that i wanted to put in a formal complaint involving the gaming board thats when she suggested i should have my account closed and now i see that the customercare bit was rubbish.i hadnt blamed her for any of this but she has by all accounts after reading her reply went out of her way to accuse me of making false statements.i may not bre brain of britain but i do know when something is not right and i told her thats how i felt about the games i had been playing ieven asked her if they could be checked out incase there was a problem withe the machines and that could be the reason for such poor response from them on the amount of games i was having to play before getting any kind of win.i also told dara that i felt that after losing 20 games in a row that winning a couple of 50p to 2 wins just didnt seem fair as it meant that i had just lost anything from 8 upwards in one go and it just wasnt right on average or fair play.

With response made by former player Cathy, her account has been thoroughly reviewed in order to present all sides of the issue of fair gaming on our site. Our database meticulously tracks every single card and action a player takes on our site. Upon examination of Cathy's 100 last games, it was recorded that she won 26 cards and lost 74. Our site boasts that we have a 1 in 3 OVERALL chance at winning. Through various emails and phone conversations by myself personally, it was explained that this means that 1 in 3 cards from our system (not 1 in 3 cards per person) was a winner. After looking through her 100 last cards, I noticed that she won 1 in every 4 cards on average. Although her claim that she went up to 20 games without winning is true, this was made up by winning more frequently in other games. Cathy further claims that "when i have actually had a win the only guarantee after that is im going to lose drastically until they get all their money back plus all of mine," is completely false as she cancelled 16 withdrawals within the last 20 days. In the final paragraph of her complaint Cathy addresses our ticker tape of winners that is constantly announcing our site's winners. I have personally taken the time to let Cathy know that on our site, players who wager on higher card values have a better chance at winning a larger prize. Although this was clearly stated, Cathy chose to continue wagering on 0.50GBP cards which awarded her smaller winnings. This is an email sent to me by Cathy on the 9th of September: "dara i wanted you to be the first person i told i ended up winning 60 on friday night and i felt you should be told first kind regards" It should also be noted that Cathy received only the very best in Customer Support from our VIP department, which included daily no deposit bonuses, a beautiful gardening hamper for her birthday and many large bonuses on her deposits, for which she has a 50% bonus to deposit ratio in her account. "dara i got your present it was an absolutely lovely thought .i am really pleased with it and i want to thank you for sending me it.im really over the moon dara.thank you dara.i love it. kind regards" Finally, I feel that it is important to stress how important our reputation is to us, and we do our very best to keep our players satisfied. Aside from no deposit bonuses, tournaments and general promotions that are run here at Scratch2Cash, we strive to offer the very best Customer Service to our players.
