FRAUD ALERT!
Sean P. O'Hara and Danielle King/Cleaver are not to be trusted. I know someone who has been taken advantage of by this company/persons. They stole his social security number and used it to commit identity theft!!!!
While a member of our military was serving our country in a foreign land, Danielle King/Cleaver and Sean P. O'Hara forged this person's signature and submitted documentation to Washington Mutual (CHASE) to qualify for a Loan Modification under false pretenses and a FORGED application .
In addition they also used this persons social security number and tried to short sale their property while they were out of the country. Sean P. O'Hara told Chase that HE was the owner of the property. NOT TRUE! Sean P. O'Hara also had these documents notarized, which means they have people willing to help them do these scams in order to make a profit! Watch Out for these thieves!!!!
After doing a little research this so called "business" Americlosures is being ran out of a house address. This particular residence has been in FORCLOSURE since 2007. They keep scamming the system to prevent being evicted from this property. How can they help save your home when they havent even paid their own rent in over 2 1/2 years!!!
