Dear Mitchell - Salt Lake City, Utah I may not have had such a problem with the See Clearly Method if I had received the product back after returning it 15 April 2004 (Register Returned Receipt). As of this date (24 June 2004) I still have not received the returned merchandise and I do not want it back. However, I would like the $349.00 back because I no longer have the product and after visiting my eye specialist, he stated that it would take ten years for the See Clearly Method to have any positive effect on my vision.

I have a myoptic stigmatism and my vision is 20/650 in both eyes. So as I understand the system I will have to pay an initial $300 then spend 30 minutes each day doing these excercises. Then go to the eye doctor every 6 months to get a new prescription as my eyes get better at around $300 a pop. Then in 5 or 6 years my vision may be 20/200; or maybe just go to the same opthamologist my brother went to, he was 20/700 in each eye, and have lasik done for the same price or less and within two days have 20/16 vision in one eye and 20/12 in the other. Hmmm hard decision here, but I think I'll have lasik.

The return policy is very clear. If you call the customer service number within 30 days, you can then return the product. No doubt the illness cause personal problems, but the company cannot be expected to keep track of everybody's personal life. Just think of how many people would take advantage of the company if they did not adhere to their policy. Call up within 30 days and you will not have a problem. Just follow the original agreement.
