Seneca and Vitabella Skin Cream After sending free samples, they continued to charge my account without my authority for huge amounts of money for 2 months, until I discovered it and stopped it. When I tried to call the phone number provided, I found that it had been disconnected. Santa Ana California
I went on line aftere seeing an add on TV for free samples of skin care cream with no strings attached. I did supply them with my charge card number for a small amount for shipping charges. i received the free samples for Seneca Skin Cream and Vitabella Vitamin C Cream. I did not see any results so I decided to refrain from ordering more of their product. Approximately two months later I received a replacement without have ordered anything. I checked my charge card statements and found that they had charged my for two months for over $ 200.When I tried to contact them by phone I found that their number had been disconnected. I was unable to contact anyone by their web site, as they did not provide that information on line.

Seneca skin care/Vitabella now call themselves "The Novus Serum". Do not send for their free sample and give them a charge card number unless you want further unauthorized shipments and charges, even though the state in print that there are no commitments.
