Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I moved to Ohio in Jan of 2011, I didnt have a job yet so I was searching on craigslist.  I ended up looking under Adminstrative/office jobs and found this adminstrative job in Middleburg Heights, OH.  It offered 36K a year based on experiance.

So I called and they wanted me to come in the same day so I did. I went in and filled out some infomation about myself and waited for this guy named Blair to interview me.

He interveiwed me in his office and it was quick and easy.  Wanted me to come back the next day for a "group interivew" mostly young women and some men.  He told us to bring a pen and paper that we would be taking alots of notes.  Of course everyone got the job and he quickly explained that they are trying to expand all over the united States.  So they were trying to hire as many people as possible to become regional managers and be able to train others when you get your own company going.

Blair would talk and talk about how even though this ecomony is failing the one thing that everyone wants is purfume.  Everyone wants to "smell good".  That no one was going to turn down purfume.

The 1st week was basically taking notes and getting to learn how to be sells people and practicing.
The day went like this get there at 1030 for the group interview then go out and sell for a couple hours, the come back at 1230 for "orientation".  Then talk about what we did and go back out again until 430-5, come back and talk then go home for the day. This happened for a couple days.

So our first day on the "job" was really the following Monday.  Thats when we got paired up with another person and we went out using our own cars and gas selling "knock off" purfumes.  They were the big names like Tommy Hilfigure, Ralph Lauren, Calvin Kline, ect.  We were selling these 3.4 oz bottles for 26$.

Blair even said if we did really good and everyone goals we would go on vacations like the Bahamas and everything was paid for.  He even said that our hotels were paid for but really they werent bc if you didnt sell any purfume, you didnt get paid and then you wouldnt have any money for a hotel.

Balir said he started off some many years ago in retail and wanted to start his own bussiness and started off just like we did, looking for a job and had to go through all the "training" we were going through. He eventually moved up to managment and he didnt have to do anything but train everyone else to sell purfume.

After about a week, of going around town and wasting gas, Blair encouraged us to go on  a 24 hrs selling spree and to go anywhere we wanted.  So a couple of us got together and we took my car and we stoped at every exit along the way to Columbus and back.  That was my last staw and that place and I quit.

so becareful and dont apply for this job its a scam.
