I like many others on this site, ordered service dog patches and a dog tag from this company and was totally ripped off. I never received my items, nor would they refund my money. Thankfully I was only out $35 and not hundreds like some others who have tried to do business with them. They are a fraud and something should be done about this. I am also a disabled American veteran and am so grateful that this is NOT an American company scamming people....Shame on you Canada for allowing businesses to operate like this!!
