SGEX COMPANY LIMITED Mohamed Conteh SGEX Company is a fraud, rip off, they are doing typical Nigerian scam Freetown Internet
Stay away from this company and his guy if you want to make any purchase of Rough uncut diamonds or Gold.
I am fighting with SGEX Company Limited and his owner Mohammed Conteh, already since two months, I send him money via bank account and WU and never got back with the rough diamonds I have ordered.
This guy pretend to be a mining company and exporter. He pretends to be a company with international clients, but don’t get fooled. This is smart scammer, he was building trust step by step he even was calling to me on his costs from his personal mobile which is +232 79 727211 , and his Skype ID m.conteh72, he showed me company documents, which probably were prefabricated. He invited me to his LinkedIn where I started to write to his friend list and nobody knows him.

He told me all that things I have mentioned to build trust, we have been speaking many times on phone and Skype, I ordered one rough stone and he even send me an invoice and all seemed to be fine till, guess which moment, till my payment! J Always the same thing, I send my payment of $1500 to his bank account in Sierra Leone and here is where suddenly had come problems. Guess what, he sold the diamonds I had ordered, and he offered to send me another stone, but this stone was bigger so I had to pay additional $650, and I had paid. There was a quick discussion about the refund of the money, even few times but then he always said he is out of the town and he will be able to make if after few weeks when he will be back. Anyway I paid, and then another problem, he said the stone doesn’t belong to him and the owner wants additional money for certification, so they asked for another $600, I have refused. To shorten this story, I called him many times increasing my loss by calling expenses and all time same story, that he doesn’t have any stone right now, he is washing stones, he is out of the town. He stopped to reply on any messages, sometimes pick up the phone when I call with some absurd excuses.
Resuming, stay aware of this guy, I called this scam Nigerian, because its standard procedure he uses, he pushes his victim to pay more and more money increasing his/her appetite for attractive goods, making new stories. Don’t be fooled like me to pay more and more, just stay away.
My only surprised is that this scammer is Golden Member on Alibaba.com, which means he is registered there more than a year, and he still rips off pore guys. What is that world where there is nobody that can stop that scammers.
This case is under the investigation on the Police, but if there is somebody who can help in fight with this guy, I will be appreciate for help, I will share half of the money I will get back from this robber.

It’s been a while since I have published this report, here is the update that I want to share with anybody who want to deal with Mohamed Coneth and his company.
He has wrote to me today and expressed a willingness to repair our business relation, he claimed he had bad times in the period when our business didn’t worked out and now he showed me that he has some real stones and he wants to send it to me. He is showing goodwill to work further and want to fix bad impression. I am very glad to hear that.
I want to outline that I am ready to forgive him for not sending me the stones in prior time. Once I will receive the stones from him, I will publish here to all public the photos made by me the owner of the original report. Moreover I will recommend his company to everyone who will want to buy rough diamonds in Sierra Leone.

We know how to get Mohamed Conteh here in Sierra Leone. He has tried to use the same method in trying to scam people by giving them fake Diamond Manifests and asking unsuspecting buyers to send him 6-8% of the cost of diamonds in the manifest claiming to use the money for KPC and paying for government tax in Sierra Leone.
This guy is trying to kill our genuine businesses and reputation here in Sierra Leone. I don't know how to give you our contact details through this medium privately.
We want to help you and other unsuspecting business people.
