Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I went down to Fort Lauderdale Police Dept. to file a police report back in 9/2015 for being Sexually Assaulted on 11.4.2014 at a former customer/friend's house (Lisa) where I was staying for the evening.I knew she desperately wanted the defendant to be a sponsor in her company's non-profit (501c4) annual event and wouldn't be happy when I told her what happned to me at her house. When I went to give my recorded sworn statament, I met with Sgt. Hector Martinez (Supervising Detective) and Detective Yvette Martinez on my case. It took me a good 3-years of my own full-time detective work to finally figure out exactly what these 2 CORRUPT COPS did to me and the great lengths they went to in an attempt to cover-up my sexual assault case. I found out that Sgt. Hector Martinez is the Scheduling Coordinator of over 100 officers for over a decade and Detective Yvette Martinez is also on the roster as working the security for this event. At the time they both were taking my sworn statement they both asked me, "If I told anyone about this incident." I replied, "Yes," and Hector pulled out his notepad and wrote down the 3 names including Lisa's name. They both acted like they didn't even know who she was and they Never even contacted the other two people that I told them or even attempted to make contact in person with the defendant. I also found out that Hector Martinez is on the Board of Directors of Lisa's company and they not only discussed my case at this meeting but he also interviewed her next door neighbor who is also on her BOD and he stated that he saw the defendants car leave the morning of the offense, 8 days prior to my meeting sworn statement with him. Hector Martinez never mentioned or documented any of these findings in his reports or to me ever. When I went to the present my case to Broward County ASA Lauren Covitz, she read me the police report and stated that I said something to Lisa that was categorically false. I repeatedly asked Hector for a copy of Lisa's sworn statement in which he and his supervisor Capt. John Bollinger denied me. I had to go to the Attorney General's Office Pam Bondi for help. Asst. Chief Luis Alvarez of the FLPD contacted me and got me a copy of Lisa's sworn statement and made Hector and Ivette Martinez go to the defendants work to get his statement. I knew once I heard Lisa's sworn statement the things she said were a blatant a deliberate LIE and knew something was very suspicious was going on with these 3 people.

I stopped everything I was doing to find out what that was. I started researching their business relationship more closely and discovered via public record that not only is Sgt. Hector Martinez getting paid Thousands of Dollars in CASH payments directly from Lisa for his Secondary Employment Security Detail job but he also adds on a lot more hours than what he actually worked. I then researched her non-profit event via form 990's and discovered that she falsely claims to the public and she had told me that the net-profits go to "various community charites" in which not 1 single penny has went to charity out of the millions of dollars she's taking in yearly revenue. In addition, she purports outrageous salaries, benefits, pensions and expenses. I knew now that they didn't want to draw attention to their scams and that my case would just be a potential red flag of them being exposed because of my offense happened at her house. I went to the FLPD Internal Affairs office (they did nothing) and then to the Broward State Attorneys office 4 times. I even met with ASA Tim Donnelly who is the head of the Corruption Team to get the witnesses statements by a different FLPD Detective. Detective Thomas discovered that the man's name (Joe W......., Lisa's friend) who drove me home from her house the morning of the offense wasn't the correct spelling of his name. Lisa used this fake name not only in her sworn statement but her husband spelled it out to Detective Thomas and Hector used the same false spelling in his police reports.

It turns out that Joe's name was not only spelled wrong in an attempt to conceal this person's identity from being a witness for me but that he is also a business partner since 2007 of Lisa and her husband and his name and address is cleary listed on their Articles of Incorporation. Lisa claimed that Joe was just an aquantaince and didn't how to reach him. If that's not enough, I also discovered that not only did Hector & Ivette Martinez download and KEEP a copy of all my smart phone data that I Never gave them the authority or permission to do so, but I am now able to PROVE that they both DELETED pertinent TEXT messages from the day and week of the offense. My witness was able to retrieve all of our text trails from(11/4-11/8)on her computer discussing exactly what happened that evening and NONE of these texts and/or dates were located anywhere on that download that I received by Brad Jenkins of FLPD Foreniscs. Interestingly, every single text message including the deleted ones on the downlaod are ALL date and time stamped except those. This was a deliberate and malicious attempt of conspiracy to tamper with evidence so I could NOT corroborate the facts of my claims. Finally, It is the FLPD's position that there is "NO Conflict of Interest" and when I asked for a copy of Hector Martinez's 1099 forms from the Thousands of Dollars in CASH he's receiving from Lisa they said, "we will look at that if the IRS says something to us about it. if not, then nothing will be done." I truly have NO WORDS for these people! The FLPD is allowed to go out and make Cash Deals for their Security Detail jobs which is Illegal in most states and Not Allowed in most Florida PD's to prevent Corruption! Imagine That! I also discovered there only needed to be 1 detective on my case not 2 and much more. Do Not Step foot Inside the FLPD for help, EVER!
