Shahram Kashanian, (Kashanian, Shahram) plumbing supplier and contractor failed to complete the task he started. Namely, he began work on our main bathroom but was unable, uncapable, or ill-equipped to finish the work.
As a result, the toilet, bathtub, shower, and sink all do not work. We have to rely on a neighbor, relative, or friend just to use the bathroom or take a shower. Not only was Shahram Kashanian unable to fix the plumbing, but he charged us for the hours he spent in our screwing around with our plumbing and worsening the problem. He refused to continue work on our bathroom until we pay him for the destructive services already rendered.
He finally agreed to continue the work after we compromised to a partial payment for the time being and we have seen some progress since he restarted. However, we find this manner of work highly unprofessional and sloppy.
