shamwow.com Fradulent charges to credit card Wallingford Connecticut
I made the mistake of visiting the www.shamwow.com site -- I did order some of the shamwows on 4-11-09 -- while I was there, I had the opportunity to also buy the Slap Chop. I made a mistake of putting all the info in the order form as though I was ordering to see shipping, etc... I decided not to buy and never confirmed the order. I simply logged off the site and thought that was it. Then, I receive a lap Chop on 5/18/09! I never received any kind of order confirmation because there never was an order! I wrote to [email protected] and the reply was if I felt like my credit card had been billed fraudulently, then report it to my cc company. There was no willingness to check and see if they made a mistake -- help, or anything. I AM pursuing this with my cc company! I still have the unopened box with the stupid Slap Chop and that cheese grater piece of junk. Hope this will be resolved. Please note -- Sham Wow and Slap Chop are all the same company. Be very careful if you visit their rip off web site!!
