Many contractors and consumers have been taken by these people. I see homeowners losing a lot of money to them. I was a subcontractor for them and have not been paid. They don’t answer their phones, they move from office to office. Don’t do any work for them! You will not get paid.
Shawn Hasseli is not even licensed. They use other people’s license numbers and change their phone numbers so you cannot reach them to get paid. I went to their office address registered on sunbiz.org and they do not even office there. The people there said they moved a while ago.
I was told Gus (Ghasem Khavanin) is his partner and see his name on the company but you cannot find these people.
They are total frauds, they do not complete work, they rip off sub contractors who work for them and they rip off consumers. These are the worst type contractors. I hate to do this but now I have to file a lien on the customers property even after their getting screwed already.
