Sheehy Ford Springfield Told us that we were financed. Were not easy to contact. Gave us false information. Put us 2 months behind on our car note. Di not refund our down payment. Springfield Virginia
Basically For Sheehy is a straight Rip off. The fianance team is very disorganized and give you false information. On 2/16 we went in with a trade and money to put down. by 2/28 we were supposed to be financed and did not ned to worry about anything. This was told to us by one of the guys in the finace dept. No names mentioned. Come to find out around 3/10 we get a call saying that we needed a co signer.........hmmmmm who was not doing their job. We got a co signer by 3/14, but was told on 3/16 he was not a good candidate..Okay lets give the car back.........we do this and end up finding out they the dealership had sold our minivan to a wholesaler. We drove for 2 days in a car that someone traded in until they got our car back. We get our van back and was told that we would recieve our down payment within a week from the coporate office. I wait a week call the corporate office and find out that we are not getting a refund because we put too many miles on the car we thought we owned!!!!! HMMMMMM again can I say someone is not doing their job. They new exactly were we lived and were we are employed...After the first week most dealerships tell you that there is nothing they can do......Due to Sheehy being disorganized and untrustworthy....they have caused us to be behind on 2 car notes.....which we can not afford to pay due to them keeping our down payment. My family is going to be without our only car and they have kept our money!!!!!
