Shelton James Sutton ripoff deadbeat sperm donor. Owes his son over $17,000.00 in past due court ordered child support. Doesn't show any type of caring or campassion or concern. Women just be warned! Davenport Oklahoma
This is a deadbeat sperm donor who shows no concern for Children or any responsibilities what so ever. Ladies beware. You like sex, go for it. If you decide to have a child with this whoremonger, be forewarned. He will dump you like a hot potato!

Want a child, find someone else. My son is 5 yrs old and the fourth of at least 5 children spawned by this b*****d. Pays no support money, no child care, no mediacal expenses.
This person is a danger to you if not to your children. He comes off as charming, nice and polite. All your dreams come true with him. He is a liar, cheat, theif, drug abuser, violent with women, has a paternity order in Pawnee, Oklahoma filed this Feb. 20th, 2003. Don't ask me how many he has, I worry myself that my son will grow up and marry his half sister with out realizing it. If b*****d's sister-in-law had told me the truth about him from the get go, I never would have let him get near me. He will degrade you and your children if have children.
Women just be warned! What he is doing to my child is Neglect.

You need to take these pictures off of this page. We all know how many men could be joshuas dad.There is no proof that Shelton Sutton is his father .You my dear are just a trouble maker.If it were up to me you would have charges filed on you for defremation of charator. this is dead beats daughter an he has 3 other kids that have the same mom an dad an he pays our childs support just fine. an he is a good dad. maybe lawana needs to stop sleeping with a married men an tryna break them apart. just to say that everything she says about my dad is a lie, he mite not pay that childsuport because maybe its not his

Mr. Sutton has paid child support via wage withholding. However, it is now the employer of Mr. Sutton who is not sending in the CS Payments in a timely manner. The Employer withheld monies from December 2003 until April 2004 before sending in the first child support payment. First payment was recieved April 2004. A second payment was to be recieved in May. In June the State CSE for Mo. and Ca. were contacted. Mo never returned the call or letters. Ca. apparently has a grace period of 15 days. Then the Employer is given another 15-30 days to send payment. Well, called the NCP and apparently the Employer "Grand Tire INC." in Joplin Missouri sent the May child support in but was returned due to the fact the Employer forgot to sign the check! Oooops, wonder what would happen if I forgot to feed the kids? So anyway, that Check was recieved in June. And guess what? No payment for the month of May 2004. Ummm, makes you wonder who has the Kids best interest as a top priority. When will the States make the Employers held accountable for their failures in working with the Child Support System? Isnt that why the New Hire Laws went into effect and also why CSE has resources for Employers on how to deal with Child Support Payments. Just an update on this case.

Joshua's Mom Shelton Sutton has been located by the CP with help from Friends. Tried to report to SD Ca. DCSS that they were headed toward a dedend street in NC. Joplin Missouri, living with a new girlfriend and he is living off of her. She works to support him. They have no phone but spoke with a very lovely lady who is their neighbor. Taxpayers need to get on to CSE to enforce these laws and stop supporting these types of people.
