Was at Sheridan Lake Marina.  Older gentleman was nice, but the tattooed idiot, Charlie was the rudest man I have ever met.  I would never recommend this place to anybody, because of that moron.  Nobody showed us how to use the Wave runner.  They didnt even give us life jackets (which is illegal, mind u). 

 

When we came back, i bumped The Dock with the Wave Runner because they never showed me how to park it.  Charlie acted rude, And he Said its not his problem if we dont Know how to park, and tried to Charge us $20 for damage we didnt do.  He was very rude to my wife as well.  He should be Fired.  Luckily, the older gentleman pointed out that the machine was previously damaged so they finally didnt Charge me $20, but still, the guy's rudeness was inexcusable. 

 

So he was obviously trying to be dishonest.  Thankfully, the older guy was there.  But i will never ever come back, and I am posting this review all over the internet so nobody goes to your stupid business ever again. 

 

I will probably also dispute The Charge with my Credit Card, to punish you for this moron's rude behavior.  I will make sure my friends and family never come back.  Horrible.

No way.  I don't own anything.  I did nothing wrong in this particular case.  Charlie was rude, and instead of Firing him, u are going to defend him?  He was rude to me and my wife, using terms like "I dont care...not my problem".  The older gentleman, himself (who was very nice), Told me himself, that Charlie is not the nicest person and thats why they usually keep him in the back, as a mechanic, away from customers.  You will never have my business again, and instead of apologizing, youre going to double down on Chuck's behavior?  Im glad I wrote my reviews on TA, Yelp, and google (Google Sheridan Lake Marina..u can see for yourself).

I hate rude service, and until I had that encounter with Charlie, I was going to highly recommend your place.  Because of that rude service, I will make it my business to post as may negative reviews online as I humanly can. 

 

As for what "words"I used, I simply asked Charlie "Does it Cost That Much"? After which he launched into a tirade.  He is a crazy man, with zero ustomer service skills.  He should be Fired.  If he worked for me, and was ever rude to my customers, he would be out the door.  You obviously don't care about your customers. 

 

We were sent out without life jackets.  I believe that's illegal.  We were not taught how to park the boat.  I hope everyone ses my negative reviews, and decides to go elsewhere.

 

I was the wrong dude to be treated that way, my friend.  And u didnt even have the courtesy to email me back.   Stay classy, sailor.

Thank you for taking the time to review your experience at Sheridan Marina. The only troubles we ever have are related to rental boat and/or equipment damage. When we have to deal with damages and associated repair charges, customer emotions run high and things can quickly deteriorate. The response you got was in response to your words and actions. You in fact received an apology for the damage that was mistakenly attributed to you. You also got a free pass for the damage you did in fact cause when you hit the dock.

We appreciate your business and are confident that when you reflect on the incident, you will agree that you own at least half of the situation.

This rebuttal, above is a fraudulent irrelevent response, because only the owner of the company, or one of their agents or employees is authorized to respond.  This is a dissinterested party, who himself admits that he is not a representative of the company so therefore he is not authorized to respind to something that is of no concern to him.

 

Also, he has no idea what "defamation" is, but I do, as I am an attorney.  Also he refers to me as a typical "American" consumer.  He doesn't realize I was notborn in America.  I AM HERE LEGALLY, HOWEVER, as a Naturalized US Citizen.

 

And if i was  a scammer, why would I bother to indicate that the older gentleman was nice, and honest about there being prior damage?  My review was 100% honest, accurate, and I stand by it.

 So YOU are going to sit there and DEFAME an individual on line by presenting YOUR OPINIONS as fact and THEN YOU are going to openly THREATEN them on a media outlet?? NOT TO BRIGHT EH!!!! Listen to yourself!!! YOU ADMIT FAULT and when they are going to charge YOU for YOUR ignorance, YOU go and threaten them. You go right ahead and dispute that charge!! Im going to email this company and warn them of YOU and point them to YOUR post. THEY deserve BOTH a chance to defend themselves AND a chance to take YOU to court for the CLEAR defamation YOU have posted. YOU RAN INTO THE DOCK SPEEDY!!!! YOU ADMIT THIS!!!!
