TO ALL CONSUMER OF SHOCKER TOYS- PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM SHOCKER TOYS-THEIR ARE NOT RELIABLE. I ORDERED FROM THEM A YEAR AGO 8/2010 -TOYS FOR A BIRTHDAY PRESENT - AND WE ARE STILL WAITING. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE BY PRE-PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER. THEY HAVE HELD MY MONEY FOR A YEAR AND NO MONEY AND NO TOYS.
THEY ARE ALSO VERY, EXTREMELY RUDE TO CONSUMER. WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO COSTUMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT????
THEY ARE RUDE AND NOT TRUSTWORTHY. THEY CLAIM THEY REIMBURSED ME THE MONEY, AND YET I INFORMED THEM IN 8/2010 THAT I HAD CLOSED MY ACCOUNT WITH BANK AND THEY WERE NOTIFIED IN 8/2010, 9/2010 AND LASTLY 11/2010. I CHECKED WITH MY LAST BANK AND BANK STATED THAT SINCE I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT LATE IN 7/2010 -THEY WOULD NOT KEEP ANY TRANSACTION ON ACCOUNT THAT WAS CLOSED.
TO MAKE MY ME WHOLE, I WANT THE ORDER FULFILLED.

I SPOKE WITH BANK, SINCE I HAD CLOSED ACCOUNT WITH BANK ON 8/10 AND NOTIFIED SHOCKER TOYS OF THIS BACK IN 8/10, SINCE THE TOYS DID NOT ARRIVE AND I KEPT GETTING THE SAME REPLY EACH TIME, (THEY WERE BACK UP AND THEY WERE RUDE, I TOLD THEM BANK ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED BY ME IN THAT IT WAS A BIRTHDAY PRESENT. ) I CALLED BANK AND THERE IS NO HISTORY ON MY ACCOUNT SINCE I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AND SWITCH TO MY ANOTHER BANK.
I WANT THE ORDER THAT I HAD ORIGINALLY PLACED. SINCE THE BANK DOES NOT HAVE ANY RECORDS B/C I CLOSED IT 8/10. THIS COMPANY TAKES PRE-PAID ORDERS AND DOES NOT INFORM THE CUSTOMER THAT THE ORDER WILL BE LATE. THIS ORDER WAS A BIRTHDAY PRESENT. THAT PERSON IS STILL WAITING.
I WANT SHOCKER TOYS TO MAKE IT RIGHT AND SEND THE ORDER TO THE PERSON WHO IT WAS INTENDED FOR WITH AN APOLOGY.

As you all can clearly see a refund was given through paypal to the address provided. The person or person(s) in question would have received an email from paypal to go through with the refund which they in fact did as is proven by the information shown. This is not a rip-off and is a false report due to the fact that the refund was accepted and processed through paypal. If there is a problem with the said persons bank they would have not accepted the refund request through paypal and entered different info or canceled the request. We cannot be held responsible for the bank or credit card's mistake as we were asked to provide a refund and did so by sending the request to the email provided by the customer(s). We are in the business to sell toys and not to be hammered on with false allegations.
