I bet it took you hours to come up with that zinger.
Enjoy not having your toys that you were stupid enough to wait 2 years for.

The same language was used in both? You're right, they are both in English.

for the hundreds of reports to start flowing in. Right now, there's two filed on the same day, with the same problem over the same figures and the same language was used in both. So yeah, it was you that filed both. Guess what, its been so long since you paid for those figures that unless you file a lawsuit you're never seeing your figures or your money.
I'm glad you're so worked up over some grand ripoff scheme on the internet over promotional toys from two years ago. I'll get right on googling about the hundreds of ripoffs and lawsuits.

@Ashley - if you saying "you again" implies that you think this is me - you are showing your ignorance.
Shocker Toys has done this very same thing to every one of its customers who paid for figures from it's Series Two wave of figures. (except for the Tick figure) Don't believe us? Do a little research. A google search of "Shocker Toys" yields multiple complaints on the first page. If you really want to read some interesting articles try typing in "Shocker Toys Lawsuit". These guys got served papers in the middle of their own SDCC panel.
Why did we wait a year and a half to ask for a refund? Because during that year and a half Shocker Toys stayed in contact with us telling us there are delays. Telling us the figures are still coming and that we can ask for a refund at any time or continue to wait. We were told there would not be a 90 day window in which to ask for a refund, but on the contrary we could ask for a refund anytime up until the figures arrived. I have theses emails documented and can back up every word of what I say.
We wanted the figures so we choose to believe the company and waited. We were sent updates, we were sent photographs of figures and product samples. We were told all is well and the figures were still coming.
Now it is clear that all is NOT well. The company's admin is MIA. The forums are down for days now. They have stopped responding to emails. They refuse to make contact with their customers by phone, email or otherwise. And I was told I would get a refund months ago.
Expect to see more of these complaints popping up. Maybe you'll think they are all me though, right?

You left out the part where you didnt request a refund on the merchandise until a year and a half after you ordered it. Why would you wait that long to request a refund? Credit card companies only give you 90 days to dispute a charge, and most companies give you 30-60 days. I doubt you will see your money unless you are willing to file in small claims court against this company and can prove you never recieved the items.
