uPDATE TO 12-7-03 REPORT: I had asked if anyone had been successful in returning this piece of junk computer system after the (30) day Viscom No return policy. I got no response. I kept the heat on through ShopNBC; I involved BBB, local TV channels and anyone else I could think of. I just got a return kit from Viscom--have had the system now (9) months with a loss of (5) months full usage. Tho extremely time consuming and frustrating, my efforts seem to have paid off and I'll be returning this piece of crap.
