I was hired to work here as a contract employee. I was told I would be here for a 6 month contract-to-hire, and that they wanted to hire me permanently. I have a disability. I require medical cannabis. I use an odorless vaping product, pretty regularly for the better for my health. On my third day, I used my vape in an empty conference room, and someone noticed and took objection that I used a vaping product indoors. I did not know it would make anyone uncomfortable, but they fired me without question. They did not investigate. It was just an immediate goodbye. I turned down another offer to end up here. And followed the law to improve my quality of life given my disability.
They did not make sure I was OK. I don't even think it's lawful to terminate an employee for using medicine prescribed by a doctor. In any case, these are scum of the earth that in my case, descriminated on me for my disability. They weren't caring, they did not talk with me. It was just a burn. I conclude based on this that these corporate folk are pretensious, selfish, and full of evil and immoral wicked disdain for the communities that enrich them. These scumbags do not deserve the success they were given.

So you broke the no-smoking rule and were fired- which makes the company you worked for the very epitome of evil and villainry, huh?
"I don't even know if it's legal to fire someone for using medicine prescribed as a doctor..." and I guess you never will know, because you give no hint of being interested in in taking any legal action, or any action at all other than to rant about your horrible experience here. (What does "disdain for the communities that enrich them" mean, anyway? Are you the community? Was this company so horrible when it hired you?
