Sierra Nevada Arms SNA Beware!! This company is a scam and the owner is a liar. Reno Nevada
I was promised a product that was never delivered. They collected $230,000.00 in sales and has failed to deliver on 99% of them.
Through Rockethub, a website designed to help start up companies solicit sales to fund initial Investment with a promise to deliver 80% completed AR15 lowers.
Sierra Nevada Arms promised to deliver their products 4 to 8 weeks after their sales campaign ended. 10 and a half months later only a handful of purchasers ever recieved their products. I asked if I can refund my money and this is what the owner response:

Cancellations/Returns; Restocking Fees
If you place an order and then cancel it for any reason (including a failed background check of a firearm item) you will receive a refund back to your credit card. You will, however, be charged a $75 restocking fee for every individual item which is cancelled. This restocking fee is non-refundable. If your order is less than $75, then you will be charged back up to the amount of $75. You also agree not to initiate a chargeback to recover the restocking fee. If you do initiate a charge back on an order you cancel you agree to pay all charge back fees to Saffle Industries LLC / Sierra Nevada Arms-DBA and agree to let Saffle Industries LLC / Sierra Nevada Arms-DBA charge any payment method you have on file to recover any fees mentioned here within this clause. There are no refunds on firearms/parts if the firearm/parts has shipped from our premises. (Including for any reason of a failed background check of a firearm item(s).) Check your local laws before placing an order of a firearm item.

I feel your pain bro. They now own and operate a company called Battle Born Tactics. They are doing the exact samething. I ordered from them on BBT first Rocket hub campaign that ended sometime around oct 2013. They said that they would deliver by christmas and then just holding back. They kept on saying that they needed a letter from the BATFE before they can sell a paper weight. I'm still waiting for them to deliver. If they don't and they refuse to give a refund by years end, I'm gonna report them on every website I know and insure that their reputation is known as theives and liars. Hopefully they deliver on their promises...
