Last year I bought a Seresto flea collar and it worked well.
So this year, I purchased my second collar from Sierra Pet Meds at a lower price.
The tracking info showed the item was coming from SINGAPORE!
Huge RED FLAG people!
Internets phonies have realistic sites showing pictures of Brand Name products.
What you get is a knock off frauduent, but sometimes carefully packaged, item hoping to fool the buyer.
I researched it, found info on this scam and immediately disputed the charge with my credit card.
I emailed their service rep "Chloe" advising her I was already onto their scam.
She gave a VERY long winded BS response and then said I could send it back "refused" and they would refund me.
ANOTHER RED FLAG. They don't want you to open the package and have evidence of their scam.
Next, I bought a legit collar from PetCo Supplies and waited for Sierra's package.
When their collar came in, a side by side comparison showed their sneaky attempts to rip off the Seresto brand.
Now I know why there were so many complaints about "Seresto" collars not working... they got scammed and got rip off fakes!
BEWARE people!
