Silver Diamond Services, Inc. was contracted to restore and store my electronics after a fire in my home in August of 2009.
When the 52" television was returned to my home it was damaged (outlet source in back of tv).
Nick, the president of the company, came to outr home to repair the tv on Tuesday (12-1-09) but was unable to repair it. He came back on Wednesday (12-2-09) and totally broke the tv, and now the tv won't even come on. He then called to have our warranty take care of the problem that he created. They were not available until Tuesday (12-8-09) btwn 8am and 5pm, (approx one week later). There was no apology from Nick, nor willingness to offer loaner tv while waiting for the television to be repaired. When asked about a loaner he said he could probably get something over to me. By something, he meant a 19-inch television (which I told him is smaller than my computer monitor and Id have to use binoculars to watch). Nick NEVER called me back or sent/brought loaner t.v. He had told me that I could text him, but he is not responding to my text messages.
The warranty people checked out the tv on 12-8-09 and told us they'd have to order a part, causing more of a delay for our television being repaired. Keep in mind that the original damage to the tv (from when it was stored at Silver Diamond Service, Inc.) had not been repaired by Nick yet. So once the warranty company repairs the problem that Nick caused, the original problem (output source) will still need to be remedied.
