This letter is in response to the ripoff report regarding Simon Ezzatian. After reading about your experiences with Simon, I decided to voice my own experiences as well. A couple of years back, I too was scammed by Simon, when he approached me and told me about the "diamond and gold" investment business in downtown. Our relationship began with lavish dinners and endless promises about the lifelong partnership we would have, in return for my friendship. He is such an amazing con artist, that he actually had us convinced that we were best friends and practically family. He took us into his world, and introduced us to his "friends" and other con artists who are all a part of the bigger scheme. We invested thousands of dollars into his jewelry scam, waiting for the big pay off, which would come one magical day. Until this day, we have yet to receive our payoff and in fact, we have lost about $30,000+. The most amazing part of this whole thing is that he had kept a written trail and receipts of every transaction ever made, and we were obliviously giving him cash, trusting him blindly. At the end, he sued us for the remaining money he wanted to scam from us, and won during the mediation only because we were naive and didn't have any proof of our investments. This experience has taught me so much, but most importantly, never trust anyone who makes larger than life promises and shows you a lifestyle you just aren't ready to be in. Being clean hearted people, we trusted him and lost a lot of time and money. If anyone is reading this, I would just want to prevent the same thing from happening to them. Simon Ezzatian is one hell of a con artist and he will even convince you that he wants better for you than you yourself do. If you work with him or know him, the only advice I can give is to RUN!!!! Take your losses and run for your life. I am a firm believer in Karma, and I know he will get what he deserves.

Hi Cory,
Simon did the exact same thing to me a few years ago, which forced me to move out of Los Angeles. I'm not sure how I can contact you, but I hope this reaches you somehow.
