Simon Ezzatian is a con artist who says he is a broker for gold and diamonds based out of the 550 hill st building in downtown LA. He will become your best freind take you to extravegent places for dinnner etc to show you that he has money. Then he will come to you and ask you to invest money and tell you you can make about 10% profit weekly and he will pay you that money in the begining. then he will start to tell you there are differnt ways to make it like buying gold and putting it in some kind of account and leave it for 6 months and you money will make up to 33% per week and he will give you statements showing you exactly how much you and him made together which becomes a very good amount of money.

But when it comes time to cashout your money he will have every excuse in the world of why you should leave it for a while longer and you will casuse he makes you think your like family too him and he will continue to show he has money and spend crazy amounts of money in front of you so you belive he has it and he is not lieng that he really will pay you it all that he is just investing to make more for you. Then he will even make fake deposits in his account to show the money is on hold not knowing he is very good freinds with the manager at his bank in venice CA and she deposits a check for him which gives him a recept to show you the money is on hold. Then she will reverse deposit that check back to him so his account will not go negative . He will also make fake checks using his computer and scanner showing millions of dollars that are suppose to come him and what made me to findout they were fake checks was the routing numbers and account numbers at the bottom of the check because of the fact the bank uses special fonts for those numbers. He also missed spelled the name of the bank because of the fact i found out that he is also a recovering drug addict but is actually still using so he cannot function as needed at all times.

He has taken money from atleast 5 other people i know around me and we are all in the process of filing a class action lawsuit on him. But he is very smart he has absolutly nothing in his name to put a lien on . He is operating a huge ponzi scam and is still taking money from people but right now it is to early for them to know i have close to about 1 million $$ in checks from him which are no good to me and my family members and he to this day says the money is coming but i have found out he is nothing but a liar theif conartist and scamer and doesnt have any ties with new york or the 550 buliding in LA as he claims he has comited check fraud as well as many other crimes that hopefully the distric attorney will prosocute him soon for in the very near future when they review all the information that is in process to be sent to them from my families attorney.

If anyone would like to contact me about him and also in the same situatiion please contact me at anytime i am filling a class action lawsuit and it will make both parties stronger and i have alot more information on him that was not listed this is a small summary

This letter is in response to the ripoff report regarding Simon Ezzatian. After reading about your experiences with Simon, I decided to voice my own experiences as well. A couple of years back, I too was scammed by Simon, when he approached me and told me about the "diamond and gold" investment business in downtown. Our relationship began with lavish dinners and endless promises about the lifelong partnership we would have, in return for my friendship. He is such an amazing con artist, that he actually had us convinced that we were best friends and practically family. He took us into his world, and introduced us to his "friends" and other con artists who are all a part of the bigger scheme. We invested thousands of dollars into his jewelry scam, waiting for the big pay off, which would come one magical day. Until this day, we have yet to receive our payoff and in fact, we have lost about $30,000+. The most amazing part of this whole thing is that he had kept a written trail and receipts of every transaction ever made, and we were obliviously giving him cash, trusting him blindly. At the end, he sued us for the remaining money he wanted to scam from us, and won during the mediation only because we were naive and didn't have any proof of our investments. This experience has taught me so much, but most importantly, never trust anyone who makes larger than life promises and shows you a lifestyle you just aren't ready to be in. Being clean hearted people, we trusted him and lost a lot of time and money. If anyone is reading this, I would just want to prevent the same thing from happening to them. Simon Ezzatian is one hell of a con artist and he will even convince you that he wants better for you than you yourself do. If you work with him or know him, the only advice I can give is to RUN!!!! Take your losses and run for your life. I am a firm believer in Karma, and I know he will get what he deserves.

Hi Cory,

Simon did the exact same thing to me a few years ago, which forced me to move out of Los Angeles. I'm not sure how I can contact you, but I hope this reaches you somehow.
