Simoniz Professional CarWash RIPOFF POOR QUALITY HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT Knoxville Tennessee
This place is horrible!!!!!! Never take your vehicle to this place. You pay $39.99 to have your vehicle washed and waxed, but when tis finished it looks like they never touched the thing. Most of the people that work there walk around like they dont have a clue about whats going on. They promise you it will take about 20 minutes, but it really takes an hour. The girl that takes your money, Amanda was the name on her tag, is PATHETIC!! She cant even count change back to you. She is also about the laziest thing I have ever seen!! She comes over takes you money then disappears into this little box in the back to smoke. And someone needs to teach the little tramp how to put makeup on. She uses enough to hide ANYTHING! After you leave your car with this tramp you dont know what happens to your vehicle. When it comes out of the wash it looks like its never been touched! Dirt still on the wheels, bugs on the front, etc... God forbid if you complain, they act like they dont even care! My advise is to stay away from this dump!
