Simply RX Via Transactindia.com ripped me off to the tune of 384.86 via my B of A debit card for payment to simply RX but never recieved my order Chennai, Internet
To whom it may concern: Dear sirs: My name is Bryan and on March 3rd of this year I ordered on line from a company calling themselves Simply RX. My total order was 384.86 charged to my bank debit card on that day and I was told to wait 8 to 10 weeks for my order. Which I did and when I did noty recieve it I called my bank to contest the charges only to be told that I have to file any action as this within a 60 day period. Which just so happends to be 8 weeks well it was 70 days total and now Bank of America tells me that there is nothing that they can do about it. Any help that you might give me at this point would be greatly appretiated thank you so much.
