I placed an order with this so called company. They took my money off my credit card in the amount of close to a hundred dollars. All my order status ever said was processing and it would be ready to be shipped soon. It was never shipped, they never responded to one of my emails or requests for assistance even their site claimed all queries would be answered within twelve hours.

I do not know what to do to get my money back. I feel very frustrated and angry and used.

You may not get a response with them but you can contact your credit card company to have the charges reversed. You usually fill out a form but i don't know what time limit is involved. Thats probably the only way you are going to see a refund.
