Regarding the SimplySweetWine company Scam!
Texas Grocery Store Wine Demos: Wine Demo Reps Beware of this company!
For those individuals that were scammed in Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, TX etc...Beware of this company!!! I was scammed $25 for an ID badge & the fee was to pay for the website that was promised to us. I showed up today as scheduled for the Training/Orientation from 12pm-4pm paid training etc...that training was for 3 days total. When I checked in at the front desk, the desk clerks were so apologetic (only to let me down) about this company "Simply Sweet Wine" was only there for ONE DAY ONLY, and leased the office for that day to interview candidates. The desk clerks didn't know anything about the company until more employees kept showing up for the training and informed everyone that they were gone the next day according to the Leasing Management. They informed me they didn't know the Interviewer, "Curtis Bryant" personally, but they were just as shocked as I was when they told me the bad news we have all been scammed by this company!
Also, I got a email message from last week originally training was on Feb. 8-10, 2012, from a "Mr. White" of [email protected] that the training got rescheduled to Feb 15-17, 2012-was today.
Please be real careful about this company, I couldn't find anything bad about the company until today (Rip-off Report) when I read that a husband was warning us of his wife applying for this job too was scammed for the $25 too!
Beware of paying any cash or wiring money to any employer until you read the contract fully & have a copy in hand!! Also report these unscrupulous people, don't let them get away if you can help, report them to the police immediately!!
