Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I'm trying to modify my company's website after experiencing a problem with the site not displaying on mobile devices properly.  Android, iOS, others will not properly display our website.  The boss messaged them, and they supposedly fixed the problem.  Nope.  He messaged them again and they supposedly fixed the problem.  Nope.  They finally messaged him and said "Sorry.  Our website does not display properly on mobile devices."

Peachy.  Just peachy.

I've been occasionallly trying to update our website for the last few months.  When I click "SAVE" it takes multiple attempts (after multiple "Save Failed" messages) before the save is successful. Then I click "PREVIEW" to see how things look.  It tells me that I must "SAVE" first.  Have to go through that again?  Yep.  Finally the save is successful!  Yippee!  So then I click the "PREVIEW" again and eventually after multiple attempts (and even more attempts at a successful "SAVE", it says "Proceed to Preview".  Nope.  Preview failed.  Go back to step one.  Finally, on occasion when the stars are properly aligned, it SOMETIMES will allow a preview.  Okay, so now I try the "PUBLISH" button.  Hah.  Dummy me.  Thinking it might work.  After several tries to get this far I think they take down the server (or unplug the PC at someone's home) because it will absolutely NOT connect just when I am foolish enough to think that I may be able to publish!

There are some businesses you walk away from; others you RUN away.  With SiteCube, TAKE A PLANE!  Everything about this outfit just doesn't seem to go well after the initial site setup.  And talk about amateurish--The editing tool window sits on top of the web display so that you cannot truly see what's happening or edit your full web page without the tool being in the way, and it does not move outside the site window, so I'm having to constantly try to move the edit tool window around the very small web window to try to make even the slightest changes to our site.  Then I face the afore-mentioned hurdles of saving, previewing and publishing only to look on my iPhone to see that nothing works properly.

PLANE!  Don't walk.  Don't run.  Take a plane...!!!
