Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I’ll make this short because Tim is not worth the energy. I’m writing this to save others from getting scammed by Sixfigureempire.com and Tim Berger He’s selling a illegal cash gifting program. He lied and said my account wasn’t fully activated when he let me take a peek at the back office. I beloved him like an idiot and sent 1000 cash via over night carrier. After he got the money he stopped answering my calls. He promised to train me and give me coaching to make an easy 10k a month.

When I asked where the products are now you have my money he said that page was being updated? Lol that’s funny! I asked for my money back because I can’t promote a scam he said I was scared of working. I said ok help me he said I’m too busy to talk and for next 30 days he refused to answer the phone do a coaching call like he promised and help me like he promised. He promised 500 leads but they are not leads that went to your site where they need to enter phone they are old emails he just uploads in your back office after a month.

My uncle is a federal judge so I’m pretty sure with the video evidence of the fraud he will have the FCC shutting this down soon. I’m also pretty sure he will be arrested. I am going to put a video on YouTube of the scammy back office trying to sell you 3 other scam programs. Sms phone lead and simple 2 up. Can’t remember the third but they are all scams. In his webinar he says um 50 times he’s just talking like a retard and no one is going to convert meaning you just lost you $5,000 so sad. I feel bad for him I do.

Stealing money from people destroying your public image makes no sense to me. I’ll find out tomorrow if they have enough to arrest him and if they do I will fly up there to film the arrest so everyone that’s been ripped off in the past will feel some sort of justice. Another part of his scam is every follow up email says it’s from Tim not you. And at the bottom of the follow up email is his number. So if you did some advertising you would have no way of knowing how many people called the support number on the email which is phone number and you will never know how many people this scumbag stole from you.

Just use common sense if someone is in their robe behind a trailer not showing you any background but trees then you know they are not successful and are getting ready to scam you. He has some scar on his face like some got pissed off and stabbed him in the face. Prolly some other person that he scammed. He is 100% a liar and is not willing to help anyone. As soon as he has your money he’s gone like the wind. When you ask for your money back he will laugh at you if he responds at all.

He is not anyone you want to do business with and his sales system will not make you a penny just suck your advertising dollars dry with his crappy webinar and his trailer park videos he made in his bath robe. I will keep everyone up to date on the investigation I will do everything I can to put this scum bag behind bars and band by the courts from any more online scams. By the looks at the other scam reports I’m not the first sucker. But hopefully my YouTube video of the FBI raiding his home will get enough views for me to get some of that cash back.

#2Consumer Suggestion

I have worked with Tim Berger since 2005.

He is the creator of Six Figure Empire. All products and services have always been accessable and we could always contact Tim by phone or email. He would respond as usual.

As with any business opportunity you make sure you watch the video presentations and read over the websitesfor complete information.  Anyone who actually takes the time to review all the information and call the 24 hour call back request line would be able to talk with Tim Berger in person. Get your questions answered and concerns before you move forward and become a member.  If this Jason guy wanted an extra $5k to $20k a month income without following our step by step blueprint of lead generation and marketing he should have just stayed away to begin with.

Anybody with common sense knows you have to have exposure and eyeballs coming to your websites and advertisements in order to generate leads which in turn will become customers/members of your business opp, products or services.

No action. No return.  You even have done for you marketing and lead generation in the backoffice.

No excuse Jason!

You can access all the products and services as soon as you become a member.  What scam or rip off is he talking about?

Folks don't believe what you read on the internet. If you see a phone number call and talk to a live person and you can do that with Tim Berger.  No one is hiding.

The Tell All Report On Jason Jones

#3REBUTTAL Individual responds

Thu, March 15, 2018

Where does one begin? Oh, I know with the truth. So here it is. And for the record, see ALL included pdf documentation that accurately supports my response here in writing.

1: Jason Jones voluntarily joined Six Figure Empire back in the early part of Feb 2018. He in fact paid $1,000 + a $29.97/mo admin payment.

2: You can see his payment receipt below, in the included documentation.

3: Jason Jones didn't do a single thing to make the program work. Over a months time, mind you. Other than complain, endlessly.

4: He went on and on about how he was broke, 2 months behind in mortgage payments, etc... That right there is a "red flag" that I wasn't aware of early on. Had he of told me that we was behind in mortgage payments, i would have told him to not join. With good reason. You can't build a business online when you're concerned about the roof over your head.

5: When you join a business opportunity, a legitimate one like Six Figure Empire, you have to give it time. Success rarely happens "over-night". Although some folks do see immediate results, they are the exception and not the rule. With a big ticket program like Six Figure Empire, its best to give it at least a 90 - 120 day window of effort, to get it off the ground.

6: Jason Jones failed to make Six Figure Empire work. Because he didn't do a thing to make it work. That's the bottom line. Not because Six Figure Empire doesn't or couldn't work. Like I told him... others who joined after him were seeing results. So why wasn't he? If one person can make a sale in Six Figure Empire, then so can you, which is what I told him.

7: Jason Jones never ran a single ad, bought a single lead, called a single lead, emailed a single lead, etc.. he did squat.

8: Jason Jones complained of links not working but was immediately corrected via screen shot (text message) as well as video online. None of his claims of links not working were accurate, much less validated.

9: Jason Jones called my phone on Thurs, March 8th @ 12:16 AM from a go-text.me account. He pretended to be from some government / law enforcement office, making threats of felonies.

10: My final remarks about Jason Jones is that his remarks above about me are 100% false. I don't live in a trailer park. Never have. I wasn't on video in my bathrobe, it was a blue / gray hoody, and I don't have a scar on my face, from someone supposedly beating me up due to financial issues. All of the above claims are 100% false and unsubstantiated. Oh and that Six Figure Empire is a "illegal cash gifting program" is as asinined comment of epic proportions. In true cash gifting programs, there are no products. In Six Figure Empire, you have access to quality, real world value products that support the enrollment into the program.

11: In closing... to all who may read this post this far down... Scammers, thieves and con-men typically run and hide. I'm not one of those types. I'm not running, nor am I hiding. You can reach out to me, at anytime, should you feel compelled to do so.

We have never used this phone number and I have used the same number for 15 years. Unfortunately in this industry there are a lot of drugs. Someone prolly used my companies name but it was definitely not me or my company. It takes 10 years to become a certified arborist and 98% of the companies here in Jacksonville are not real tree doctors. I would never cut down a healthy tree for money and we have never had to use our 2 million dollar liability insurance for property insurance. I am very sorry for your loss but someone obviously used my companies name without my permission. Probably someone I fired for drug use. Always ask to see insurance and arborist certification in the future if you are having someone is pretending to be a imposter tree doctor in the future. Blessing, Owner of Arbor Pro Tree Services Kieth
