SJA Enterprises Terrible customer service, and a damaged brand new vehicle. Orlando, Lake Mary, Altamonte, Florida
I brought my brand new car to SJA. It was a disaster all around. It was clear the company had no experience on high end vehicles such as myself. A few weeks afterward my car battery died (5k miles on a 55k car). I brought it to my mechanic who said the battery was draining from the added audio stuff added to the car. I emailed the owner about this and this is the response I got. "This doesn't involve me at all. I don't understand why you are emailing me about your car's mechanial electrical issues."
The rear-view with navigation never worked right. He admitted that this was the first unit he put in. A week after getting it installed I contacted him saying there was an error message coming up and that it wasn't working. He was very unwilling to work with me to fix the matter. He then claimed - and this is a quote from my emails "Ricky,
On top of that, I have installed this exact same unit in 20 other vehicles and have had no issues, and my clients rave about the accuracy of the GPS navigation. You seem to be the only one with these issues."
So in the 17 days after he installed mine, I guess he installed 20 more. He also took and used photos of my car without permission for his website.? Within 5 minutes of me telling him I was going to go public with this, he pulled all his websites offline.
The bottom line is I would feel terrible if anyone else were to get some work done with him. I know that I'll have to spend a lot of money fixing my car, but hopefully anyone else will have a chance to read this and avoid at all costs. Ricky
