Skin Complex RX Eye Complex RX DECEPTIVE MARKETING PLOY Nationwide
Deceptive marketing, greedy and fraudulent company that has to trick you into buying the product. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed how this company markets their advertisemetns for free trials (supposedly you only pay shipping and handling). You receive the products adn then are charged the full price ($89.95) for the supposed free trial. By the time you realize the charges have been withdrawn automatically from your account and the 14 day free trial which was not clearly advertised has passed and they are unwilling to refund money regardless of the financial strain you're under from the unexpected withdrawl of funds. The products are not that good and certainly not worth the full price. If the product was so good then why do they have to be so tricky in the way they advertise. If it was a quality product people would be willing to pay that amount. I was given the complete run around when I called in pleading for this to be reversed. I was told that it was not their fault that I did not read the small print. I was actually laughed at by one representative when I explained how upset I was because of the financial hardship this put my family into. Unbelievable, I have never encountered a company with such a lack of integrity and business ethic. Stay away, this is a company simply out to make money off of you by manipulating you. The product is a rip off.
