I am very frustrated by this company! After the initial price being just over $5, I was charged $101.36. My fault, I should have read the fine print.
Since ordering this product, I moved twice in a 2 month period. The product was in a moving box and never even opened. I called today to send the product back and get a refund since I never even had a chance to use the product. But, after taking approximately 12 minutes for someone to answer, I was told that it was after the 40 day money back promotion.
I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager and they stated that there wasn't a supervisor available and that they would tell me the same thing anyway. I told then that I would like a supervisor or manager to call me back and was told that they do not call customers back. I was told to try to call back and see if I could get a supervisor then. But after waiting for someone to answer, then speaking with a person who would not allow me to speak with a supervisor/manager (if there even was anyone to speak to), it didn't make any sense for me to try to call back and get the same result.
I was just billed for another 101.36 as of today. I called them and told them that this product would be sent back when I received it but was told that I would not be refunded.
Even when talking with the representative and telling her I want to cancell my subscription and how dissatisifitied I was with the cost of the product, she kept trying to sell to me.
At the start of the call, I was told that the conversation was being recorded for quality control. I just wonder if it is ever recorded for the customers benefit or if they delete these calls.
